BUYING CLUB POLICIES

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:  ALL FEES WAIVED  IN 2009

·         Buying Club rates are equal to Mountain People’s (UNFIW’s) published buying club rate plus any service charges levied by MP, plus our 10% handling charge.

·         There will be an annual administrative fee of $15.00 for belonging to The Buying Club, prorated in the first year of an individual’s Membership.

·        Buying Club rates can only be given to Buying Club Members.

·         The Buying Club will be buying from Mountain People only.  Any orders from other distributors will be charged at Retail less the usual amount on cases, and full Retail price on single items.

·         Orders can be made on a weekly basis throughout the year, when not affected by major holidays.

·         Amelia’s Garden will provide each Member with an Order Sheet template that can be copied for recording Member’s Order. 

·         Our Buyer will not be responsible for researching any product, but will only order by number from the Order Sheet.

·         The Order Sheet will be our guide for ordering for Members.  The Member is entirely responsible for filling in his or her Order Sheet correctly.  Amelia’s Garden cannot be held responsible for any items which are incorrect due to Member’s error.

·         The Order Sheet must be completed by Club Member and turned in at Amelia’s Garden by close of business on Thursday of the week before order is to be delivered.  There can be no exceptions to this rule.

·         Non-refrigerated and refrigerated Orders will be ready for pickup after 2pm on Wednesdays.   We would appreciate it if all orders are collected by the following Monday at the latest.

·         It is the Member’s responsibility to reorder items that have not been delivered by Mountain People due to being on backorder.

·         Any orders that are placed over the telephone or at the front desk will not be considered part of the Buying Club, and will be charged at retail less the usual percentage discount on cases, and full Retail on singles.
