Chunky Tempeh

Use in salads, stir fries, stews, and soups.
Diet Types: Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Tempeh
  • Tamari or Bragg's Aminos to taste
  • Olive oil or Sesame Oil to taste
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
    Instructions:
    Cut Tempeh into eighths and then each square crosswise into triangles. Toss with Tamari or Bragg's. Bake on a lightly oiled cooking sheet or pan fry until crisp. If too dry, toss with a little more oil. Use in salads, stir fries, stews, shish kebobs, and soups.
